Tecton has also developed many multifamily, commercial, creative loft office, retail and restaurant properties including the The Ten Forty Commercial Lofts, North Avenue West Commercial Lofts, The Sager Lofts, 650 Hamilton, Parkview Station, South City Kitchen, and the HorseRadish Grill. Jason Eden is a partner and managing broker of Cross-Town Realty, LLC, a real estate brokerage, development and property management firm founded in 2002. Jason plays a significant role in each project the firm undertakes and leads all marketing, brokerage and property management services.

Cross-Town has transformed numerous in-town warehouses into creative loft office developments such as 650 Hamilton Lofts and Ten Forty Commercial Lofts in Grant Park adjacent to The Atlanta Beltline. These buildings contain over 95,000 square feet with more than 30 diversified tenants. Jason and Cross-Town also re-positioned a 20,000 square-foot industrial warehouse into creative suites near the corner of North Avenue and Northside Drive in a project now branded North Ave. West Commercial Lofts. Recently, Cross-Town played a role in the transformation of a derelict 93,000sf former shopping center on Memorial Drive into a charter school and neighborhood health clinic.

Cross-Town is also known for successful land assemblage and rezoning projects, and they played a key role in assembling the parcels now known as The Historic Fourth Ward Park and several of the surrounding, large multi-family developments. Cross-Town was also one of the first developers to rezone a site within Atlanta to the category of Mixed Residential Commercial (MRC), resulting in the new construction of 24 live/work units called Sager Lofts. This project was delivered in 2005, just two blocks from City Hall East, or the project that delivered 10 years later, now known as Jamestown’s Ponce City Market.

Cross-Town Realty is currently developing another site in The Old Fourth Ward adjacent to the Beltline and the Old Fourth Ward Skate Park called The Willoughby. The Willoughby will be among the first to offer offices with new construction and highly coveted views and amenities to next generation tenants.
