Cross-Town Realty has management division that oversees over 200,000 Square Feet of property in the in-town Atlanta market.

With over 33 years in the Real Estate Market, builder and developer Arthur Cohen is the qualifying broker of Cross-Town Realty. Arthur is also a principle with Alan Glickson of Tecton, Inc., which has built over 125 custom homes in the Ansley Park, Morningside, Virginia Highland, and Buckhead neighborhoods of metro Atlanta. Tecton has also developed many multifamily, commercial, creative loft office, retail and restaurant properties including the The Ten Forty Commercial Lofts, North Avenue West Commercial Lofts, The Sager Lofts, 650 Hamilton, South City Kitchen, and the HorseRadish Grill. Arthur is a native Atlantan, and has a sincere interest to see Atlanta develop with quality & creativity.

Jason Eden is the managing broker & operates the sales and property management departments for Cross-Town Realty. Jason is also a native Atlantan, and is experienced in both the Atlanta commercial & residential market. Jason & Arthur officially formed Cross-Town Realty in April 2002.
