At the convergence of the West End, Adair Park, and Oakland City neighborhoods, stands The Murphy.  115,000 square foot, adaptive reuse project that will repurpose two historic buildings from multi-story warehouse to creative office space. Situated on a spur of the Atlanta BeltLine’s Westside Trail, The Murphy is adjacent to the BeltLine’s Murphy Crossing redevelopment site, and across from the rapidly-growing food & beverage destination at Lee + White. The Creative Office space at The Murphy will retain original features that date back to the early 1900’s, such as heavy timber construction and brick interiors.  Plans include a 5,000sf covered rooftop deck amenity  and exterior plaza areas that spill onto the Beltline spur.
