Jason Eden is the co-founder and managing broker of Cross-Town Realty, LLC, an Atlanta-based real estate brokerage, development, and property management firm founded in 2002.

Since its inception, Cross-Town Realty has focused on identifying overlooked urban properties and transforming them into vibrant creative office and mixed-use environments. Jason leads the firm’s brokerage, marketing, and property management operations while playing a key role in the strategic planning and execution of its development projects.

Since 2002, Jason has been involved in the repositioning and redevelopment of numerous industrial and historic properties throughout Atlanta’s in-town neighborhoods.

Many of Cross-Town’s projects have centered around adaptive reuse and creative office environments, including 650 Hamilton Lofts and Ten Forty Commercial Lofts in Grant Park, which together total more than 95,000 square feet and house a diverse mix of tenants adjacent to the Atlanta BeltLine.

Additional projects include the redevelopment of North Ave West Commercial Lofts, a repositioned industrial warehouse near the intersection of North Avenue and Northside Drive, as well as the transformation of a neglected 93,000-square-foot shopping center on Memorial Drive into a charter school and neighborhood health clinic.

Jason has also played a role in several notable land assemblage and rezoning efforts across the city. Cross-Town Realty helped assemble parcels that ultimately became Historic Fourth Ward Park, as well as several surrounding multifamily developments. The firm was also among the early adopters of Atlanta’s Mixed Residential Commercial (MRC) zoning category, utilizing it for the development of Sager Lofts, a 24-unit live/work community delivered in 2005 just two blocks from what is now Ponce City Market.

Cross-Town Realty also marketed, pre-leased, managed, and later sold The Willoughby, a creative office development located in Old Fourth Ward adjacent to the Atlanta BeltLine and the Old Fourth Ward Skate Park. The project was among the first in the area to offer new construction office space with views and amenities tailored to next-generation creative tenants. In partnership with Urban Realty Partners, Cross-Town Realty participated in the development and marketing of Glencastle, a historic adaptive reuse project that transformed a former City of Atlanta prison built in 1898 into a unique creative office campus. Cross-Town Realty continues to manage and lease the Glencastle property today.More recently, Cross-Town Realty participated in the redevelopment of 159 Armour Drive in the Armour Yards district along the future Atlanta BeltLine, converting a 30,000-square-foot warehouse into approximately 45,000 square feet of creative flex space.

Through his work with Cross-Town Realty, Jason has built a reputation for identifying emerging in-town locations, assembling complex properties, and creating distinctive projects that blend historic character with modern functionality.
